108 officers of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, RBAF, were promoted. The insignia presentation ceremony took place at the Officers' Mess, Berakas Garrison, 8th August afternoon.

On hand to present the insignia was Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the RBAF. Also present was Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence.
